Constructive Feedback
Constructive Feedback is an honest observation about a student's behaviour or an area for improvement that may be difficult to communicate directly but could help them grow.
How to Write It
- Be constructive: Share actionable suggestions, not personal judgments.
- Be honest: Highlight genuine development areas based on your observations.
- Be specific: Focus on behaviours and what the student could do differently.
What Happens to Your Feedback?
Your development insights remain confidential and are visible only to the coach, not to the student or other users. Your name and identity will not be revealed to the student.
The coach will discuss relevant development points with the student during coaching sessions, helping them understand and work on areas for improvement.
Remember: The goal is not to criticize someone, but to help them become better.
