Me (front leader), John, and Sumit along with our supervisor (Vivek) organized a day long trek. John was assigned the task to be the rear leader.
My observations:
- When the group stopped, John reached the stopping point last and gave us a quick indication of who was still behind before settling down himself.
- When we were taking a break, John noticed an exhausted member and asked whether their issue was the terrain, water, or their backpack rather than simply telling them to catch up next.
