Sales Executive – School Partnerships

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive who can connect with schools, arrange meetings with decision-makers, and close yearly partnerships for 2 Shabd.

📍 Job Type
  • Hybrid – Work from home + visiting schools for meetings
  • Field work within Pune
🎯 Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach schools in Pune
  • Arrange meetings with principals, administrators, and management
  • Present 2 Shabd's platform and benefits for students & institutions
  • Close yearly subscription deals with schools
  • Maintain relationships for renewals and growth

(Meetings alone are not considered performance — focus is on successful closures.)

⏳ Probation Period
  • Initial 30–45 days performance evaluation period
  • Continuation based on lead activity and closure progress
📊 Performance Expectations
  • After initial onboarding period, expected to close 2–3 schools per month
  • Consistent lead generation and follow-ups are part of the role
✅ Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales (education sector preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable visiting schools and handling decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and target driven

(Freshers with strong confidence and hustle mindset may also apply.)

💰 Compensation
  • 10% commission on the net yearly subscription amount per school (excluding GST)
  • Experienced executives can earn an average of ₹1,00,000 per month
  • Additional performance bonuses for exceeding targets
  • Growth opportunities into senior sales or managerial roles based on performance
  • No upper limit on earnings — the more schools you close, the higher your income!
  • Commission is paid only after the school's payment is successfully received
